Does Digtho provide post-launch maintenance?
Website maintenance and updates are one of our services. Post-delivery support and maintenance are determined by your project agreement and can be part of the project or arranged separately.
What happens if I cancel before work begins?
If you cancel before project work has begun, you receive a full refund. After work begins, any refund depends on the work already performed and applicable legal requirements. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who owns the website and source code after delivery?
The rights transferred to you and the files delivered, including any source code, are set out in your individual project agreement.
