Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Digtho's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Digtho provides website development and digital services for businesses and individuals, including business website development, landing page development, e-commerce website development, website redesign, custom web application development, and website maintenance and updates. Service descriptions are available on our Services page.

Before work begins, Digtho prepares a written quotation or project proposal describing the agreed scope, deliverables, price, and expected timeline. A project proceeds after you review and approve the proposal.

Digtho offers one-time, fixed-price website development packages. Package prices are in US dollars and are fixed for the approved package scope. Your package, its price, and any additional requirements quoted individually are confirmed in your written quotation or proposal.

You receive a written quotation and approve it before payment. Payment of 100% of the agreed amount is required before project work begins. Payment methods are arranged with each customer according to the agreed arrangement. Digtho does not charge automatic recurring fees.

Digtho develops your project according to the agreed scope. Requirements outside the agreed package or scope may be quoted separately, and any such work must be approved by you before additional charges apply.

The project timeline depends on the scope and requirements, and it is agreed in writing.

Revisions depend on the written agreement. The number of included revisions is agreed before development begins.

Your project is delivered under the delivery terms of your project agreement. Hosting arrangements and deliverables depend on your agreement; hosting and domain registration are included only where your agreement states so. Post-delivery support and maintenance are determined by your project agreement.

The rights transferred to you and the files delivered, including any source code, are determined by your individual project agreement.

If you cancel before project work has begun, you receive a full refund. After work begins, any refund depends on the work already performed and applicable legal requirements. See our Refund Policy.

When using Digtho's services, you agree not to:

• commit fraud
• misuse the service
• abuse the chargeback process
• use the service for unlawful or abusive activity

Digtho may suspend or refuse service where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse of the service, or a serious violation of these Terms. We aim to apply this proportionately, considering the circumstances of each situation.

Except as expressly stated in your written proposal, Digtho does not guarantee specific results from its services, such as website traffic, sales, or conversion rates.
